The whole garage could use a good scrubbing and there are many areas that make it all too clear that the building is in major need of updates. I do like that they have electric car charging, but there are not very many spots for it.

It's a bit tight to get in and out of as well as the spots are small. We still have to pay even though we have a handicapped tag, which is kind of unfair as street parking is free with this, but such a pain in the neck.

To my observation and knowledge, it's either credit/debit cards and/or cash. I have no vehicle, but I do pay attention to these things in case I have family that decides to visit me here.

The height clearance to the parking facility is 6'6".
Hi Lisa, Parking rates in the downtown area are pretty comparable regardless of facility. On-street parking can be a cheaper option, yet space is usually limited. I hope this helps!
Parking is open to all, throughout the facility. When you're ready to leave the facility, pay for parking at a pay station inside the mall. Charges for parking are based on how long you've been parked ($1.25/half hour). Charges for parking max out depending on what time of day you arrive.
