It's a great place to park they have skywalks over the streets to every building around it. The only drawback is there's seven floors and there's orange, green, blue, red, Brown etc., so if you don't remember what color floor you're on you're going to walk up the entire plaza looking for your car.

I went to a concert and wasn't allowed to be readmitted but i was able to call, left voicemail, tried calling back and was able to speak to someone and they assured me and answered my question promptly

I believe the rates have gone up. Main reason I will never use again. I had parked my new car there for 4 hours. We had parked near a Jeep. When we got there my car had been doored hard enough to badly dent the pillar of the door. I went to the pay kiosk pushed the button for the attendant. Had to push it twice it times out around 10 min. After waiting for almost 20 min we paid for the parking and tried the help button again. Amazingly a person answered right away. I explained my car had been hit and hoped they could help me find who. We were told there were no cameras on that level and none of their cameras record. No help and new expensive rates.
