Endured some terrible wait time music during Sunday, a non busy time, and then got hung up on. Tried again and hung up after 15 minutes. You need a save your place in line feature like modern places

Tom Waddell is honestly the best Health Care Clinic I have been to it's frustrating having to wait so long but believe me it's worth the wait everytime.

This healthcare clinic offers programs that save lives, heal bodies and hearts! Great services! They do what most healthcare workers fail to do, meet the Ct where they're at no matter what is going on in their life. Met so many great folks that really made a huge difference. Just in case you don't know. Here's some of the stuff I know goes on there 1. Medical - from foot and tooth checks to birth control support and connections w/ SFGH and UCSF referrals 2. Social Workers to connect to more appropriate mental health services as needed. 3. OBOT - office based opioid treatment suboxone 4. 1/2 day private clinic for folks identifying as transgender or non-binary/fluid 5. wonderful groups at least before the shelter-in-place 6. accessible location

No referral, no x-ray, nothing. Muscle rub and a smile. White Christian and one less voter here. Although, do they want you alive? Hell no! $1,000 bucks, needles, food so you can spend more? They are aware that your life expectancy is 4 years. So they make you feel better like hospice. The NP was verbally abusive. She throws put down like you would not believe. I'm going to Dignity Health. Sounds good now.

Yes that's true but you can also request for a primary care Dr. There they are all good Dr.s
No you must call to make an appointment. There websight is nit set up for scheduling
Monday morning or anytime during the week yes you can get tested for covid 19 or any other tests you want. My Dr. Is Dr. Angela Wynn and she's a really good, patient, understanding and a good listener Dr. Now mind you, she does have a lot of patients bu she is really good and will help in any way she can. She will also give her best advice. If you go to Tom Waddell Clinic just ask for her.
Yes Archie, you can drop in and take a number but my best advice would be to get there in the morning because it's usually semi or busy all depending on how many patients arrive not everyone comes to their appointment. I have been a patient there for more than five years(since the clinic was up @ 50 Ivy St) so I know. Just have to be patient take a good book with you trust and believe me when I say you're going to need some thing to pass the time while waiting.
No i apologize but Dr. Martinez I believe has retired or she has transferred I am not 777% positve about that question No she has transferred to 50 Ivy St.
Keep calling or go in person
