Beware: If a KOA is empty in mid-summer, there might be issues! Very unstable electricity and rude employees whose response was laughter and "it is what it is - you can go somewhere else". The price for a tent site with electricity is over $60. Little late to go anywhere else and already spent my money for dry camping in 100 degree heat. What a miserable night this will be. Hopefully my inverter isn't permanently damaged.

Very basic KOA that’s only good for stopping the night. Although the bathrooms are clean they’re very outdated. The shop has very limited food & supplies. The basketball hoop has seen better days and the kids wading pool was foggy. There’s nothing around in the area either. Also the mosquitoes were terrible! Stay here if you need to stop the night, otherwise I wouldn’t recommend it.

the bathrooms were the cleanest we have ever seen! the pool looked lovely too. It was a very nice quiet area. The had had an unusually bad rain storm so the roads were a bit rough. i

If this place had a tag line, it would be “misleading pictures and empty promises”. If you have low to moderate expectations and need somewhere to park your rig or pitch your tent for an overnight, this place will do. It’s better than parking at a rest stop overnight, but not by a lot. The folks who run it are lovely, but everything just seems like it’s a stiff wind from falling down. The pool could be used as a set for a summer camp for wayward youths; it’s run down and cloudy with weeds poking up throughout the concrete, replete with shoddy concrete patch jobs and poorly rigged livestock fencing, and is weirdly slippery. The wading pool, which can’t be more than a couple hundred gallons, is also cloudy and should have a sign requiring guests to have up-to-date tetanus shots. The game room is depressing, with a distinct “Flowers in the Attic” vibe where nothing works properly and everything is peeling or decaying. Oh, and there’s no AC. The playground is acceptable, but I still can’t figure out what was going on with the weird leaning gazebo next to it. Even the entry to the building leaves guests confused. Don’t try to enter through the door on the right. That’s apparently just a storage facility. No, you enter through the laundry room and go through an unmarked door to the office. The grounds were clean and seemed safe, but were a disappointing departure from typical KOA amenities and standards.
