Worst customer service I have ever received by USPS employees. The lady that “didn’t even try to help me” had the worse attitude so I asked to be helped by someone else, who came with an even worse attitude. The supervisor came down the office to speak with someone else about some other issue and immediately the employees attitude changed. Would defines pick another post office over this one.

Lisa and Lynette should really be nicer to the customers. Lynette started talking poorly about customers in front of other customers and threw boxes from the counter into the bins. Lisa just had a bad energy about her. It’s not good for customers to have to deal with this type of behavior.

I've had 2 ebay purchase packages never arrive, and would have given this PO a low review at that time. However, I reported it and complained and the response indicated an investigation was under way. Not knowing anymore then that, all I actually can say is that all packages have been arriving without a hitch since then. I am leaving a review now because of an excellent experience with Lynette recently. She was efficient, very pleasant, helpful with myself and an elderly gentleman who had trouble hearing, really made the experience feel like you want your neighborhood PO to feel like!

My review is for the passport service this post office offers, and I wish I could give less than 1 star, but there's no option for that. So, the State Department sent my daughter's passport application back because the picture the post office employee took didn't meet the requirements, go figure...you would think they know what they're doing. I know postal workers work hard, but please don't offer a service that can cause big problems to others in the long run, ugh.

I have difficulty having my postal service person picking up mail from my porch. Everything is in order. It just needs to go to the post office. Even if I put in a postal pickup on USPS.com, they never show up. I am a disabled person trying to keep a small job and this is ruining me!!!
