A little bit disappointed that some of the fragrances and clothing that I wanted to get weren't there because it is a factory discount store which I didn't realize but the prices were really good

I like it the only thing is is that if you go to the great Mall there are an outlet mall so therefore they do not exchange or refund anything and you have to pick through all the pieces to find matching sets so I'm guessing that's why it's particularly outlet in this prices are set the way they are.but all I know if you take your time and do you be nice to the ladies that work there they will assist you and help you try to find matching sets.

Good deals for an outlet but you can't find anything above size L or 38DD barely! You'd think VS figured out most have gained weight during pandemic and XL-up are avg American sizes and produce more by now geez.

Very unorganized. Clothes, bras and panties strewn throughout the store. Lots of staff walking around. No one was cleaning or organizing the merchandise. Need to have patience to find sizing. Haven't had the best luck in finding helpful employees. Pricing seems very close to the regular stores. I have found great deals on sale racks, but again need to have patience.
