Gordon was such a di** did NOT help me whatsoever with trying to fit me into the schedule that’s why I called ahead of time possibly for later days but snapped with a comment LIKE ALL days are only 4 o’clock oppointments..WHAT. It’s cool I’ll take my good customer service knowledge and my business elsewhere.

Firestone was the Worst experience ever. You should use the Valvoline two blocks away. The Firestone staff is abusive and unprofessional. Should have read the reviews. Wish I never got their stupid credit card. Worst customer service ever.

Took our van here for an oil change we never had any problems with this vehicle leaking any fluids, well they tell my wife that the van is leaking oil and they want a thousand dollars to troubleshoot the leak and and now we have oil spots on our garage floor where we never had any before.

I had a flat tire on new years day. Long story short, my original choice of shop wasn't open. Firestone wasn't my first choice that day, but I think they changed my mind. Great tires at a great price, and though they were short on help, got me out quickly. I'll definitely be back again.
