Great Food always fresh. Customer Service was great by some employees. But Some youngsters working there could do better with customer service. You can tell clearly they don’t like there job.

If I can give it a 0 I would. I spend over 50$ For food and I came home eating the burger and noticing it was a little raw. Didn’t think much of it until my sister mention that her food was RAW. I couldn’t believe who even let this on a burger it wasn’t busy at all. This is sad. Who ever was cooking must me blind or some to even let this happen. The cooker needs to be trained again.

I usually just get one of the butter burgers but today I decided to try the roast beef sandwich. It’s a place known for burgers, so I had already set my expectations low. Boy, was I surprised! The meat was soft and tender, and the taste was just right. I’ve been wanting to try the chicken sandwich, now that I have been surprised by the roast beef… I think it’s time to try it! Of course, and had some cheese curds to go with it. The service was excellent as always.

Not sure how long they've been there, but it is my favorite Culvers. I remember dying for this store to open their doors!! They seem to be Under New or differentc Management and for a while everyone seem to be on guard... . Previous management was fine. Service was great. It just seemed that the generally jovial staff was still nice, but there was an undercurrent of restraint or timidity. The happy faces just seemed strained but it seems to have gotten better lately. Still my favorite store. The staff seems more relaxed now. However the food has always been on point. I still come 4 towns over to this Culver's. Sitting outside is always refreshing. Great food. Great custard!
At the moment, the practices implemented are the restrictions of indoor dining due to the phase 4, only drive thru is available.
