So far this has been twice now on screwing up an easy drink orders. No employer should be rude & roll your eyes at a PAYING customer. I will be taking myself & my parents to Melrose Pk or Elmhurst Starbucks where the Employees appreciate there customers.

This morning around 7:10am stopped in this Starbucks after work. The young lady at the drive thru window was very rude. It was apparent that this morning she was not in the customer service mood. Her dismissive attitude and quick reply for a sarcastic remark was truly on point this morning. Applause to her for making sure customers never want to come back to this location. The MANAGER, she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Thank you so much for your patience and taking the time to handle the situation with kindness and professionalism. I truly appreciate the way you talked with me about the issue I had even though the store was busy. Thank you again

Nice - newer bucks - haven’t been in this neighborhood for a while, nice to see a large clean well designed free standing bucks with plenty of seating area. Not too far from O’Hare, great meeting location. They got my drink down right, was just perfect, so was happy with that, customer service I would say B, guy who handed me the coffee was a bit rough.
