Everyone was nice. However they are so so dirty. I was there for about 30min. No one washed their hands. They never wear gloves. They eat, collect dishes from the tables, work the cash register put their hands on their faces and never think about washing their hands.One girl had her mask under her nose.I don't know why she has it on. I am never coming back there! I love the food but they need someone to teach them how dangerous filth and germs can be. I just know someone has gotten sick form their negligence.

They are able accommodate a large group of us during a busy Sunday morning. The waitress was very nice and she made good recommendations for us. All around good food.

I did an online order around 11:40 am and stopped to pick up around 12pm being that the email confirmation I received stated my order would be ready at approximately 12:08. None the less, I waited a hour and 30 minutes for an online order. I walked in and who I assume was the manager asked to help and I told him I had an order and was told to wait. Well, I waited, and waited, and waited. Orders were processed but never called out. There were other customers with online orders but the orders were never called out. Y ou had to bother an already busy employee to ask if your order was ready. A customer asked "how would we know if our order is ready" the manager stated "They'll be called out" as he purposely put the orders on the back counter and NEVER called them out. I understand the restaurant was busy but still you have orders pilled up behind you instead of calling them out. Around 12:50 pm I walked up front again and asked if my order was ready. The manager asked me "what was my order" I gave him my name and order details. He was very rude and then took my bag back and did not give it to me because according to him I "look like I do not know what I am doing/what I ordered". Ridiculous! I waited for more than a hour how would I not be aware of my order. Plus I saw my name and number on the bag and I know that was me. He questioned me and made me show him proof of my order. I understand however, the disrespect of him assuming I would just take an order. Why would I take someone else's order if I have been WAITING FOR MORE THAN A HOUR. He took my phone and zoomed into my email questioning me when this was clearly my order. I would not go in to steal from anyone. My order had my name and was paid for by me. No need to question after a customer waited over a hour for an order. Super disappointing

Rosibel was our server and maybe the manager on duty. She was AMAZING! We had 7 guests. We ordered... we were not rushed and our food was prepared quickly and accurately. I live 1.5 hours away and I'm glad this Denny's was able to serve us with dine-in.
