Very clean and orderly park. Looks like people are content and live here for long periods of time. Not sure about pricing.

Nice people for the most part. Every neighborhood ive lived in has its very own, " Springer's next big show "! And lastly, "What the Hell" is up with all the god dam speed bumps??? If olny they could be removed.....

I am a visitor to the community and quite new. This place I could easy call home. It is calm, peaceful and quante. During daytime is normal work and school type traffic and evening as well. I do not hear much other than a few children playing outside just enjoying youth. It is well kept and I feel a nice neighborhood. 1 thing I'd change.... More neighbors out socializing in the beautiful.
