Absolutely terrible. No one ever picks up the phone and when they do they never give you the answers that you need. I needed a prescription filled and they said they would work on it and two days later I called back to see if they could refill and they said it was waiting for me at the pharmacy, but not once did they tell me that. They also canceled my appointment 2 hours before and then I was not able to make a new one because they said they would call me back and never did. Don’t waste your time here

For a healthcare facility they could really care less if they forget to send prescriptions. I was talked over, which couldn’t be more rude. They are all about numbers, in and out is their policy. I have officially changed PCPs. Their facility is clean though!

I have never been more unhappy with a health care program as it pertains to getting my medications in a timely fashion. On multiple occasions they have totally screwed up my order for medications sending it to the wrong pharmacy and not being held accountable for their behaviours. I am now leaving after many years of being this establishment because I cannot trust that day And their policies are good for my health. Stay far away from this place.

I have been a patient for 20 years with this nightmare healthcare center. They took over for Bowdoin Medical which was an incredible setting. Once Martin’s Point took over, everything went downhill. They’ve lost the best doctors and NPs. I wait at least 15 mins on hold every single time I’ve tried to call. I’ve been sick as a dog and have been waiting for them to call me back for TWO DAYS. I’ve had many symptoms of COVID-19 and wanted to get a swab to assure I am not going to make my HIGH RISK parents sick. One call yesterday from a tech to get all my symptoms. She stated she would check with my doc. No call back. Today, a call AGAIN asking the EXACT same questions. Says they will call me back after talking to the doc. NO CALL BACK. I’m done with Martin’s Point. I’ve never seen such horrific healthcare in my life.

They did away with the hold you're place in the que thing when they moved locations it's become inefficient , but if you are still on hold they might be closing if it can't wait I'd give the on call person a ring

I'm looking for a dermatologist specifically, does this practice have one?

Unfortunately, no they do not. The providers could help and guide you, but none of them are specifically trained as dermatologists.

I was just in there on Wednesday 2/28 and had blood drawn, Why bring me in 5 days later to draw blood again? Why didn't you take Mondays 3/5 blood on Wednesday 2/28 and save the patient a trip to the doctors office or the fee of drawing the blood.
