Maine Trailer Registrations

Filled out the form on their website. I had to call and ask for expedited shipping separately, which they added to my invoice. I did this Monday morning, and they promised me it would get to me between 2-4 days from Tuesday(Thursday-Saturday). True to their word, the plate showed up Saturday morning. I see from the postmark and label on it, they sent it out Tuesday via 2 day Priority mail. Obviously they can't control any delays from USPS, but I'm glad they gave me the range so I wasn't worried when it didn't show up in 2 days. I know there are quite a few options for registering a trailer online. This one made it easy and it went smoothly. Absolutely no complaints.

Ordered a plate for my homemade trailer, jumped through all the hoops and received a plate but they wanted me to return it within a month because they claim Maine doesn’t do homemade trailers anymore, what a waste of time and money Very shady and unprofessional

Initially was skeptical, but after reading reviews decided to give it a shot. My states DMV was giving me the runaround with registering my trailer I purchased from the original owner. After dealing with them for months I decided to try registering in the state of ME. MTR was quick and easy to work with and although I did not receive my registration and plates within 12 business days as promised, they promptly responded to my email and had them in the mail the same day. Plates are on my trailer now, and every dollar spent was well worth it to not have to deal with my incompetent local DMV anymore.
