8 June 2021 Came in with a tire issue... a vibration that wasn't going away. I bought an alignment package. After an hour they returned my vehicle with the alignment done, attributing that to my tire wear, but they completely missed the tread separation that had started. The vibration was still there and luckily a different tire store just over the river in Illinois recognized it and advised I replace that tire immediately to prevent a blowout. That technician was shocked it was missed (at the previous location). To add insult to this oversight... they tried to "suggest" I get some "scheduled maintenance totaling $427. Every bit of their suggested maintenance was recently done (air filters, fuel system cleaner, coolant, brake fluid). They clearly didn't check, or even ask. The guy I spoke with was polite and professional, but to later find out I had a tire about to blow was very frustrating news. Trying to sell me unnecessary add ons when I had a safety issue... kills my trust. I went elsewhere to have my alignment job rechecked... and am unlikely to ever return to this store.

I've been waiting 24 hours now for them to replace a single flat tire. Going in to day 2 and they still can't tell me if I will get my car back today--handwritten sign on the door says they have to close at 5 pm due to lack of staff. Unprofessional. Do not recommend. UPDATE: about 30 hours after I dropped off the car they finally looked at the tire & said I needed a new wheel, which took an additional 3 days to ship & put on the car. Will try Dobbs next time.
