My friends and I visited this location because I wanted to go somewhere I’d never been before. As a member of this community I didn’t think my skin color had to change in order to receive proper service. The bar tender was very rude and so was the owner. Now, I’m usually the person that can go anywhere and adapt to the environment and really enjoy myself so I thought nothing would be different. For a while the vibe was okay until I heard an urban song come on. My friends and I begin to sing a little bit of the song and that’s when I notice the gentleman looking at us. He begins to “shhhh” us and proceeds to change the song. Although I knew my time at this HORRIBLE establishment was coming to an end I wanted to at least finish my drink. As I did so, we noticed another urban song came on and was changed once again. At that point is when my friends and I decided to leave. As a daughter of a Very profound man in this city I never use my power nor do I seek revenge on those that act as if they have no home training. But, I will however speak up when I feel that race and racial profiling comes into play. We’re already a divided nation let’s not continue this in our own community.

I didn't know what to expect. Small place but friendly customers and a clean restroom. Quick service. Great place for a late night drink

worst bar in stl hands down!!! management will do whatever they want and if you try and say anything they'll just end up defending each other. i went there last night and a (~50yr old) man was recording my friends and I….when we asked the bouncer to ask him to stop, we were told to take out concerns to the bartender, Mark. I do not understand the point of a bouncer if they are just going to tell you to talk to the bartender, who was also busy with his job??? we didn't even get to speak to Mark and when we told the bouncer that it is very weird and that he still hadn't stopped recording us, we are not a side show??? these are 22yr old women- what??? rather than say anything, they just told us that they knew we would be trouble (racially motivated i'm sure) and proceeded to kick us out! save yourself the stress, the employees here will disrespect and borderline assault you. if there was negative stars I would give it.

One of the best bars I've even been in. Why? Because the staff hustles... they don't leave you hanging. They aren't ignoring you because you're not an attractive female. They are on it getting you drinks, with no attitude and are very cool people who want you to feel at home there. The door man too... nice guys all of them. Very good beer selection. Yes, a couple of my beers were skunked but that happens. Place has a great vibe. I was in there after the Rolling Stones concert on a Sunday night and it was happening but not too crowded. If I ever owned a bar, this is what I would want it to be like.
