I ordered my food in the drive thru w/ coupon, I wanted 2 of the meals w/coupon but was only allowed one which is fine but when I got to the window she gave me such an attitude, I was paying w/ cash so it took me a sec to get my money together which she then slammed the window closed, after I got my food & change I sat there & said wow which she opened the window again & said "did you say something "!!!! I have never been treated w/ such an attitude & I will not tolerate that ever again. It's a shame because the food is good but it ruined my morning.

SUPER SLOW Drive Thru. Sometimes waits are 30+ minutes. Sometimes only one order at a time will be taken and all the other cars sit in line. This last time I sat for 10 minutes and literally was the last car into the drive through, no cars moved so I backed out and drove to another restaurant and passed this one on the way home AND THEY WERE STILL IN LINE. Avoid unless you have lots of spare time.

I just dropped in for an ice cream cone and waited for a very long time to place my order! They never have a "front" counter person for taking orders. Shift Mgr needs to do a better job of making sure that's covered! Otherwise once you get your food it's usually good,hot,and fresh

Last time my order was incorrectly prepared. This time I didn't even get my burger. If the workers want $15 an hour prove you deserve it. Will never eat at any Burger King ever again.
