Crossfit MASS is full of wonderful people. The coaches are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to help everyone have a safe and full-on workout! The atmosphere is fun and comfortable; the other members are real people who are friendly. I was hesitant to join a crossfit gym because I was so out of shape, but when I started attending classes, I was pleased that I didn't feel intimidated- only encouraged! I am seeing great results in my physique, but even more importantly, I have had a boost in my energy level in all aspects of life- which means better time at work, at home with the family, etc.

All are welcome. You'll find hard core athletes (the minority), but the majority are people looking to lose weight, improve overall fitness and as Joe (head honcho) says "stay out of the applesauce line"
