Called them while waiting at another Firestone asked if they could fit me in today and they managed to have me in and out within 30 minutes. From my experience they seem very trustworthy and the position of the waiting room makes it so you can watch them work on your car while it’s there so you know exactly what you are paying for.

I just wanted to thank Jose and his other worker I didn’t catch his name. For being only two people in the whole shop they worked fast and efficient Jose gave me good advice about my tires and made the whole experience easy Again thank you

Guy seemed annoyed that I decided to service my car there for the first time. Then he rudely insinuated I couldn't afford to get my car serviced and told me I should just leave and think about it. Never leave bad reviews but this was such a negative/unhelpful experience.

Was pleasantly surprised that they were able to service my car so quickly. Four new snow tires. Feeling a bit safer since last night's storm made it abundantly clear that I needed them. And now!! Just happened to be there at noon when they had pizza delivered. They offered it to the customers in the waiting area. How nice.
