WORST drivers ever. If you want to be run off the road by pieces of $&@? who dont take your complaint seriously, call these jacka$$es. I was driven off the road yesterday in Lawrence, MA by a driver with reflective glasses and the attitude that he can do whatever he wants. No wonder, because when i called headquarters to complain about my passenger and I being nearly killed by this irresponsible driver, i was laughed at. Clearly they hire delinquents and have zero regard for civilizians. Good luck with their cavalier, Im-better-than you attitudes. Bro, you drive trucks. Get your lives together.

I had a rough day!! The guys from Cody‘s were absolutely phenomenal!!! They worked very skillfully and fast! My truck was recovered without any damage. They were extremely reasonably priced. John is like an artist with this stuff and Joe was amazingly kind and both Joe and John treated my truck like it was their own. Highly recommend these guys for anyone in need!! I can’t for the life of me understand why anybody would give them anything but five stars!!

They towed my car because of the snow, when I went to pick up my car payed every fee included the parking ticket to them but they never paid the parking ticket to the city, now I'm here stuck with a late parking ticket not being able to renew my registration without even knowing prior to all this

I have used all types of towing companies in the city of Lawrence. Sheehan’s are amazing. Pirato towing great service as well and the list goes on. But this young company is the worst and has the most Worst customer service ever. Called and explained that my car had scratches when I picked it up and The manager Freddy was unprofessional, rude, careless, wouldn’t try to come up with a solution to help me. NOTHING! Then I call back and ask for Frank the owner and he refused to put him on the phone. Wouldn’t recommend at all. If there was an option for no stars that’s what I would give. No stars. My car is in the worst condition all thanks for the careless, rude, unprofessional and unethical Freddy.
