This is a gem of a campground. Found it at 7pm on a Saturday with available camping. No reservations was nice and the area was amazing to camp in. Clean and very nice campground.

I recommend this campsite for your Outdoor Adventures. Only $7. They have vaulted toilets on either end of the campsite. Each site has a picnic tables and a firing, along with a bear box. There is nearby River / Creek to fish. If you are staying here for several days, there are no showers. But you can go up the road to Highlander RV campground and take a shower for $5.

So awesome. Only 2 or 3 spaces that can handle a 40' RV. About 30 minutes from Lake City via a dirt and partially paved road. (good road though). Near lots of trails too. Only $7 per night.

There are no check in times. It is first come first serve. Maximum length of stay is 14 days though. We drove through. Picked a spot where no one was using and grabbed a envelope from the sign at the entrance and paid our fee and attached the tear off tag to the campsite post in front of our campsite.
No. I dont think they take reservations. We camped last Thursday night and had the whole place to ourselves.
Yes. It's about 9,000'. Perfect weather this time of year. There are bears and moose in the area so keep pets on leash.
No
I would say trailers or coaches ok up to 32 feet. No water or electricity at sites though. The park host has a fifth that's probably 36 feet long
First come, first serve but plenty of good spots.
Julie Booker there is no place to dump at mill creek campground. There is fresh water available. Beautiful place was there in June 2018.
