Best place, loved the Managers, Park Hosts and all the Texas campers. Clean and beautifully laid out. Everyone was super friendly!

This RV park is extremely well kept. Modern clean facilities and beautiful trees around the sites. RV sites haven full modern hook ups. Internet service (wifi) is reliable and doesn't keep disconnecting or freezing. Sites are well designed and all seem to have trees and beautiful view with enough space between campers. Its right on the river also. Lake City is beautiful and people are friendly. Best RV park I have ever visited.

My husband found you. I planned the packing list, and made sure you were pet friendly but My 6 children fell in LOVE with your campground!!! For my fly-fisherman son there was the RIVER right outside his tent! (that gave such nice white noise when drifting off to sleep) For my card playing kiddos, there were the card room(s) and the one day they were both full, there was the pavilion near the "Wash Basin". For my reader, there was a quiet atmosphere at all times (except when HIS mouth got ta going!) For my teenage daughter, there were HOT showers any time she wanted one. (so nice) For my hiker, there was this nifty little warm-up hike to a waterfall. For my dramatic one, we had real life BEAR prints where the camp bear tried to break into our Sprinter and the enclosed trailer we had locked up. Glad we obeyed and locked all our food and laundry detergent up somewhere other than the tents!!! For Me, there was a sparkling clean laundry mat (The Wash Basin) with reasonably priced machines. Mom of a family of 8? you bet i was there a lot, particularly when SOMEONE left Timmy's tent window open during an afternoon rain shower.... Ahem... I am not bitter. I had a place to go read a free book while the sleeping bags dried out. Did I mention the lending library they have? Very nice surprise. Some day we will have to come back, But only if we get that terrific tent site again and I can finish the murder mystery I started while waiting for Jeans to dry. (PS. Free life tip: if you force your kids to hike up a mountain in the rain, make them all wear nylon not cotton jeans)
