Yesterday, great phone customer service from Patti (Mass) but when I arrived, guy at the desk was surly. They didn't have the 17mm clover bolt nut socket. Put them on my phone with Mercedes tech..Sullivan tech just argued with him. Sullivan guy never offered to order one and reschedule me. Left it to me to go find one locally. If you're going to service Mercedes ..have the right equipment. Went down the street to Dan Foshey's ..they bent over backwards...not only price-matched the tires I was going to get at Sullivan, but ordered me my very own socket to have in case of an emergency, to boot. 👍.

The service is terrific! Made an appointment online bought four tires, excellent prices. I was out in less than an hour. This was my first time at Sullivan tire and I would highly recommend them!!!!
