The washer at our Airbnb was down so my boyfriend and I dropped off our laundry for a wash & fold. We dropped it off at 10:30 and picked it back up around 12:30 (as of now, they offer this service M-F, 9a-1p). We were so grateful the ladies were able to squeeze us in so quickly. We enjoyed exploring the town for two hours instead of washing the laundry. Would highly recommend & will definitely use this location in the future if needed!!

I needed to use a public laundromat and this one is really well-cleaned and well-kept. HOWEVER, the person working there does not wear a mask and I walked back into the space while another customer was ranting about 'mask-wearers.' I was the only other person in the space, and the only one wearing a mask. He quieted down thankfully. There is a sign on the door, requesting masks. Why doesn't the worker wear one??? I likely won't be going back.

We just came from doing our laundry at the Colby and Gale Laundry. There was a very elderly gentleman there who attempting to do his laundry but clearly confused. I realized that he not only put his dirty laundry in the dryer but was putting coins in the slot for the wrong dryer. I went to get the attendant, just hoping to help him get his money back. She completely took over and helped him get his laundry heading in the right direction, and walked him through the process. I actually had tears in my eyes! She was helpful, cheerful and made him feel comfortable!!! By the way, her name is Carrie! She deserves a raise and a medal! You are very lucky guys to have such a great employee. And we are lucky to have her in our neighborhood.
