I just took a few items over. She is very polite. Will know more when I pick up the altered clothes.

Best place EVER!! Fast, friendly service. Prices are unbeatable as well. I love this place an the owner ❤. We have had alterations to dresses, zippers fixed on dance bags an karate patches taken off pants an put on new ones. HIGHLY recommend 👌.

If I could rate this place -5 stars, I would. I brought in two pairs of dress pants for alterations and she absolutely butchered them. Ruined. I brought them to Men's Warehouse (where I bought them) to see if they could be repaired and the tailor could not believe what she did. Absolutely does not know what she is doing with quality clothing.

She was very real and upfront with me describing what needed to be done to the dress. She was kind with an approachable demeanor. I wanted to wear my mother's prom dress from the 80s. My mom was much smaller than I so when I brought the dress here I knew there would be a challenge. There ended up being 9 inches to be added to a dress made of fabric that could not be found now. She came up with a great plan that worked perfectly, her stitching was strong and precise. Because of this great work, I was worried about the pricing, I was charged less than $40. I highly recommend this seamstress and be sure to tip her for her great work.

Questions & Answers

I have two summer dresses that need shortening, and I'm afraid I'll ruin them if I try. Could you do shorten them for me?

Looking for someone who can make me a vest using beaver pelts was wondering if you do projects like that or know anyone who might

Sheep pelt is far more utility based. Warmer and better for inclement weather, due to us being in Maine. If you're using beaver pelt for rain,...then cool. Do it up. But I'm not sure if soft stich would be the place to get that done. But hey, give her a call and find out...she might just do it.
