Clean campground, clean shower houses and air conditioned restrooms, stayed here with my husband and two children Sunday-Friday. We enjoyed the nearby bike trails that lead to the beach. The camp hosts were always very helpful. Laundry room at campground. Basketball court. We loved our stay at this campground. Close to wal mart in case you forget something at home. We will definitely be coming back.

Ditto on recreation.gov. remember these sites that are not walk up have a 6 month booking window and book up very fast.
As many times that I have camped there, I have never seen any golf. carts..but you could call and find out .that's the simplest way.

Go on Reserve.Gov to reserve. McNair has a beach right there. They don't do reservations. FCFS, Dam West you have to drive to the beach, also Coles Creek. Coles Creek has some reserverable, but booked months ahead, also fcfs.
