They had 4 employees in the back room they had only wheat and white bread it took about 3 minutes for one employee came out all and all place is usually a nice place to grab a fresh sandwich .. The 3 stars was for today only

Website says they close at 9 sign on the door says 9 I come through the door at 8:40 and am promptly told "umm actually we're closed" IF you were closed the door should not have been open.

Marco and the young lady working with him did the best they could for me tonight made a fine sandwich It and was very pleased with it just got to get the managers to answer the phone as they needed a bit of help definitely would go back when I'm through the neighborhood again though 👍

A few weeks ago, I placed an order via the app. I showed up there and they had given my order away to the wrong customer. Today, I ordered via the website, because the app wouldn't work. Then the website wouldn't complete. Go in there to pick up the order after 15 mins, and the sandwiches weren't even started. She was telling a few others the toaster wasn't heated up and it takes awhile. There was another lady wanting curbside, as it states on the door. She told the lady they don't offer curbside. So, now my sandwiches have taken an hour because your microwave sometimes works and your toaster isn't heating. I was understanding on giving my food away, but waiting an hour for sandwiches and not having proper equipment, when it is known to not work... is a disgrace! It's also a disgrace to advertise curbside and not do it!
