I went about an hour after they opened and was back out at my car in 20 minutes. There was never more than 5 minutes where they weren't calling someone back or to the desk to register. They did the best they could to socially distance with a small space. Staff was all kind and the spaces were all clean.

Let me just say, hearing Van Halen blaring on a boom box while waiting to get blood drawn after fasting does not provide a soothing waiting room experience. Most of people In the room were elderly and several clearly unwell. Recommend changing station and turning it down. Like everything, place is understaffed and slow. You take a number and sit. There were eight people ahead of me at opening time and I waited 90 minutes. They apparently had one difficult order that held everything up as there was a long stretch no one was called,but they didn’t inform people. Phlebotomist was lovely.

Every year for 15 years, we cannot get the labs associated with our annual physical coded so that the expense is paid by our insurance provider. And, they blame it on the Doctor's Office. It takes several calls over the course of a year to get this resolved. With Covid, no one is in the office and calls are not returned. Terrible customer service.

I was looking for the Nordx that was open the earliest since I work the night shift and was fasting all night. It's easier when you get to sleep for the fast! Anyway, the total review scores weren't very high at any of them. I'm here to give a 5 star review. I had Frank this morning at 7:30 and he was exceptional!! Barely felt the needle and only one try. I'm not squeamish, but I've had multiple 3 shot attempts before and that sucks. Thanks for being great at your job Frank!!
