Went to Kelly Jeep to have my car serviced. The online scheduling was easy! They were welcoming when I entered. They showed me the waiting room and accommodations. I was very comfortable while waiting. They kept me updated through the service. The girls at the check out desk were kind and quick! A task I normally dread, was a piece of cake!

From walking through the front door to waving goodbye to our salesman Jared this was the best car buying experience ever! Everyone was so polite, attentive and respectful of our time. Jared was our salesperson and was 100 percent focused on making sure we got the car we wanted and the best deal possible! I did a little research and Kelly has the best prices around. Rob our finance guy walked us through all the paperwork and made sure we had a clear understanding of the financing and answered all our questions with a smile. I am so happy with my Jeep! My experience started our positively but unfortunately ended poorly. The sales associate I was working with was personable and I appreciated his friendly demeanor. I enjoyed my visit to the dealership and test drive of a used car I was genuinely interested in purchasing. Unfortunately, when it came to finding out concrete figures for the possible purchase and trade in of my existing car, I found the process frustrating and evasive. I let him know I was not interested in the initial pricing they showed me and asked for a best and final offer on trade in for my existing car and sale price of the used car. I was explicitly clear that if the numbers I initially received were the best they could do, no hard feelings but it wasn’t a good fit. Rather than being upfront and responsive to my very straightforward inquiry, I received numerous phone calls questioning me as to what it was I was looking for and offering “solutions” such as reducing monthly payment on the existing proposed sale price. The phone calls and “solutions” were completely non-responsive to my simple question and really missed the mark. I repeatedly told him all I wanted to know was if it was their best and final numbers. The associate refused to answer the question, I received no response and then had to follow up the next day inquiring again. I was only then told that it was the best they could do. While I completely understand they were unwilling to budge on the numbers as is their right, it was disrespectful of my time how they handled it. I would also note that the offer on trade in was very very low- I have since received an offer for over double what they offered me at another dealership. This was my first experience at Kelly- it will be my last.

In contrast to experience with previous dealerships, I received OUTSTANDING service from Kelly JEEP Chrysler. From kind professional service to clean modern facilities & knowledgeable & skilled technicians I rate them 5 out of 5 stars. I was even provided a rental at no cost to me during the time my SUV was in the shop & the transaction was seamless & headache free! They diagnosed & repaired the problem u see warranty in a timely fashion & got my AWD back to me just in time for the blizzard too! I am one very satisfied customer! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
