You guys are the absolute worst. I have had numerous shipments that were supposed to be sent to my apartment. I was home for most of the shipment times, but the driver failed to ring the doorbell or knock on the door to contact me during the estimated pick up time all of those times. There are only two doorbells for my apartment (both labeled either Unit 1 or Unit 2) and my shipping addresses specifically says Unit 2. I don't understand what the issue is. The customer service when I call the facility is awful and not helpful or understanding in helping me and they say in a very stiff manner "we will ship it next business day" even though the driver has missed the delivery multiple times in a row. Very very poor quality service from UPS. I order occasionally from Amazon, and sometimes my shipper happens to UPS, and I get extremely upset when it is UPS and not Amazon themselves.

The worst driver ever. She must have worked for FedEx before. 2 deliveries and Ups my choice has gone off the grid. She can't even ring your door bell and leaves it outside.

Most useless company i have ever had the displeasure of having something shipped by. Delivery driver apparently knows my address better than the person who lives there. Terrible call center who literallt cannor help with anything.

i had called them multiple times to send my package to my local ups center and they had confirmed multiple times they had just for my local ups center to say it was still in lynnfield!. the expected delivery was was the 24th of may just for me to have to go pick it up in person a week later at the facility. and the gours are atrocious i've never seen a ups center that operates on the hours of 8am-12pm anyone who works a job is doomed if you are dealing with them and then to top it off they're closed on weekends absolutely the worst ups center I've delt with ever!.
