The food was amazing. I can't believe you can get Cajun food this good in the Midwest. We did the 4 different item appetizer and choose the mild and hot boudin balls. They good but the hot is better and more flavourful. The fried corn was really good and the alligator was so good I had to get it as part of my main dish. I got the Jamba-2-fay with the crawfish etouffee over the jambalaya with the fried alligator. They have this dipping sauce pictured below that goes great with the alligator. The desserts looked good but I was stuffed and didn't get a chance to try them

Ron , staff and food is amazing. Stopped in for lunch for our anniversary and he gave us the vip treatment .. a true hidden gem

The waitress was somewhat rude. She throw the plates of food onto our table. The shrimp etouffee taste like dessert, super sweet. The catfish was undercooked. Rice was so dried. We were hungry but couldn’t eat another bite. Cajun Disconnected

Loved this restaurant and atmosphere! Cajun Ron comes out to speak with his customers. You can tell her love what he does and having folks come to enjoy what he makes.. Our waitress was wonderful and very helpful and could tell it was our first time there. Food is fantastic. Best Gator I've ever had. Fantastic warm pecan pie. Prices are great for all you get. Really loved our experience, and look forward to being back

She is rude and may have other issues. I got the same vibes from her. She always has a frown on her face. I am a Black female. My BF and I have been coming here for awhile. The quantity versus pricing is not balanced .
What sort of question is this.....? Yes, it probably could have much less pepper, but then it wouldn't be blackening spice now would it?

They aren't open Mon, Tues, or Wed. Thurs through Sat they are open 4p to 9p. Sunday open 12p to 6p. Get there early...lines form at the door before they open!
Every employee we saw had a mask on. We wore masks.to our table, and took them off to eat.
I believe they had a few tables set up outside but the night we were there no one was using them. it did start raining as we were leaving though.
I was there at a very busy time and thought all the workers were friendly and kept things moving. I never noticed anyone being treated unfairly. Maybe you should have a conversation with the staff member who offended you.
