Leann at Darling's Ford Service was great to work with! She made what could have been a stressful situation easy to deal with. She communicated every step of the way while our truck was being worked on. We will be requesting to work with her in the future for any service issues we might have. She was great!

I just want to send out a huge thank you to Cooper in Ford Service. He went above and beyond for me on Friday the 13th. He was able to get my Edge in for repair that day and treated me like he would his own family. Cooper you are amazing! Please pass this on to him and Darling's is lucky to have him as your employee.

Call me crazy but I decided to trade my 2018 Mustang GT in for 2021 F-150 XLT. Alexis and Chris helped me out through the process. Took a little longer than I thought but none the less they did the work. Even after signing all papers they are still helping with other items and making sure I’m all set with the purchase. Nothing but hospitality and politeness listening to me yap. The team working with me stayed past their scheduled working time to make sure I was set.

I took my Ford in for a transmission issue. After waiting a few days they informed me they thought I had a bad TCM module, and it would need to be replaced. The next day, I was called by a woman to explain that it wasn't the TCM module, but my transmission had sized while the technician was attempting to replace the part. I asked them to let me know about reshelving the part, as she had explained to me that he had noticed the siezed transmission before programming the TCM. I have waited two weeks for a call back about reshelving the part, as they directed me to their sales department and said they would get back to me on the part itself later. I called a second time the next week, and was told they would call back with those answers and was again directed to sales. It has been two weeks, and today when I called back I was told that the part was programmed and installed on the vehicle, they would be charging me for the near $800 part, with no manager or staff member apologizing for the two week wait, the push to sales as to not give me an answer, or for the first staff member telling me they noticed the other issue before the part had been programmed and installed. Very frustrated with this company, and will not be purchasing my new vehicle or any vehicle at any Darlings location in the future. Update: Had a sit down with a representative who apologized for the miscommunication and worked out a fair deal for the repair bill. While the experience wasn't perfect, mistakes happen and I was impressed with the response of the representatives I spoke with.

You’ll want to check your owner’s manual to verify the recommendation for your particular vehicle, but you will notice that your scheduled maintenance is for every 10,000 miles. Many modern VW options have a longer oil life thanks to the use of synthetic oils, and to top it off it’s better for the environment when you change the oil less frequently. Please feel free to give us a call if you would like more information and we'd be happy to help you out! 207.992.1560
