My truck was taken there after an accident for gears an bearings in the rear-end they fixed it Supposedly.. I picked it up an it was holwing an clunking they said there shop manager drove it an said it was fine no noise or clunking I drove it 3 days it just got worse went back because they wouldn't return my calls had to have the auto body shop call them an set up a ride with the manager an we went 50 feet down the road an he said wow ur rear-end is no good we need to put a second set of new gears an bearings inn ..took them a month to fix it I called 6 times to check on the truck not one call back don't buy anything from them if u want to deal was the worst service department ever!!

It has been a pleasure to work with Quirk Auto Group even though a pandemic! I had called and inquired about a cover for the bed of my husband’s truck. I was hoping to get one in time for Christmas and I was able to make a purchase immediately! My husband was able to bring his truck in and get it installed on Christmas Eve! I had a very unprofessional experience With Rose at Quirk Auto group. I originally reached out about a vehicle that was available on the website. Originally i had reached out vie their messaging system on their website. I had asked a couple of questions and gave Rose my phone number to get back to me on some maintenance questions. I didn't hear back for a few hours. So i called and asked for Rose and left a voicemail because she was on another call. I then call back 45 minutes later to find out that she left for the day and the vehicle i was interested in was sold. Now i am not sure if that vehicle had sold before i had originally reached out and she did not tell me, but if it did, then she should have told me it is no longer available. If it had sold after i reached out, she was not responding fast enough to give me the opportunity to make the purchase prior to someone else buying it. I am very disappointed that she not only did not get back to me in time, but she also just left for the day without even notifying me that the vehicle was sold. i will not be doing business with them in the future, nor will i recomend them to anyone!
