Near impossible to reach anyone at this location. We were not made aware they changed to digital invoices. We never received one, and today they sent someone to lock my propane tank. 30+ years have used this company. Never missed any kind of payment. Am currently working to change propane providers. Have already places calls to local others.

Horrendous, horrendous customer service. The 24/7 “emergency service” is just someone answering the phone and taking messages over the weekend—- so now we are stuck in a blizzard with no propane even though we are on auto-delivery. Was told they might return my call sometime today or tomorrow- whenever they get to it. 24/7 emergency service???????????? Are you joking?

If there were a negative star award it would go to Dodge oil. I use propane, the previous owners used dodge. I stayed with them because I didn’t know how to go about doing a tank swap with another company. (Very easy and painless btw) If there outrageousness prices don’t scare you away running out of propane multiple times during the winter will! (On automatic fill) the guys who deliver the propane have NO clue how to bleed your lines or even start your furnace so don’t expect them to help. Learn how to do it yourself or you will be paying someone to do it. I use propane for heating and cooking. I had 1 100 gallon tank that’s it. They never mentioned I should be using 2. When you run out they try to charge you a 200 fee you have to fight to get back. (Not supposed to be a charge if your on automatic fill. Also plan to wait 8-10 hours for them to come fill you up in the dead of winter. Miserable company to deal with!

Ordered oil May 4th, and it is just now being processed for payment (May 29th). Called Dodge and was told the driver who delivered almost a month ago left the slip from payment/acknowledging the charge to my card in the truck, which was just found this week. The only thing being done, supposedly, is the driver/employee will be spoken with. Very upset with the service, especially since it took at least 3 phone calls just to get the oil delivered. Second time calling I left a message and they never called back. Very unprofessional, not doing enough to keep customers loyal. Will be finding another company.

Not that I'm aware of... They issue monthly Statements in .pdf format as attahments to an email. I believe they accept payments by credit/ debit or check, via mail or in person.... Best to call them to verify.
No they filled my tank this week. F Bennett, I contacted them yesterday after receiving your question. They definitely have Not gone out of business. With the power failure from the auto accident, the surge fried their phone lines. I contacted the Naples office to confirm. You should be all set.
