We recently had an LP boiler installed. The two techs, DJ and Dan, were outstanding! They were professional, courteous, polite, knowledgeable, and informed us every day what would happen on that day. They were prompt and reliable. The salesman, Keith, helped us all along the way and checked in on us frequently, even stopping by the house to check on the installation progress. They only deliver bi weekly, terrible customer service. I called for delivery on the 7th.. Refused to deliver until the 21st.. A random employee actually commented on a post I made on Facebook. I'm not friends with the said employee. He continued to run my information and said I was not a real customer on MY post. My account is under my previous last name still. Mind blown. Switching companies now.

They don't deliver consistently, offer very little help when issues arise and do not have good customer service skills. Of the few times I have called I have had a very bad experience. The representatives come off bored and discourteous when speaking to you.
