Bill, the proprietor, crafts a variety of delicious ales, and hosts fun and informative events and music performances. There is food on select nights from local vendors, but call ahead to know if they'll be there when you come. Family and dog friendly.

South Union’s watering hole. The Cheers of Maine, this nano brewery embraces the community with it’s social events which include a weekly Farmer’s Lyceum, live music, an annual 5k run which benefit’s the town library, etc… The beer is pretty darn good as well! 😉

Looking for your local spot to have a beer? Go no further than The Pour Farm. With a bunch of beers on tap, live music a lot of the time and good prices, you can't beat it. Seating inside is only a few tables, but outside has an enormous space alongside a river bend. Parking in the main lot fills up quick since this is a popular brewery, but there is more parking along the road and up the hill. They have little fire pits all over and a deck area as well. There is also food outside sometimes, pizza while we were here. Bill and his dog Barley are literally the best, as is the whole staff - super friendly.

Loved the ambiance of the beer barn and the super pleasant outdoor deck, complete with studry tree growing right up through it, a real cool, authentic Maine craft brewery experience being delivered here, my friends! Grab a savory beer and meander down to the fire pit and listen to Quiggle Brook gurgle on by ya. Having investigated all the Midcoast breweries to be able to recommend to my tourism clients and to figure out which one I'd be most likely to bring a date, the Pour Farm wins for best experience and destination craft brewery, highly recommended, drive slow, don't miss the sign!!

Blind Albert was scheduled to play tonight, 8/19/21 - but due to rainy forecast, we rescheduled til next week 8/26/21 so they can play outside. And Tim is right: we have wood fired pizza and a talk tonight by the Maine State Archivist! See Facebook or Instagram for details.
We sometimes have a food truck - check the web page or Facebook for the schedule. Otherwise we have snacks to go with the beer - typically smoked sausage, pickles, sardines, pretzels, and cheese.
