I had them install custom rotors and pads. They didn't have to take it out on the road and break them in which consists of 45mph-5mph 10-20 times letting them cool to touch and then doing it again. But I looked on my vehicle camera and they took it out and did the break in for me! Great job Thomas Tire! Will RECOMMEND!

I bought a set of Cooper tires last June for my wife's VW Atlas at Thomas Tire. We recently had a flat and while the technician was fixing it he noticed a seam / crease in the tire. None of the employees had ever seen anything like that before. They replaced the tire at no cost, even though the tire had 18,000 miles on it. On a side note, I am very pleased with those tires. They ride very well, are quiet, and the tread is wearing well too.

Our experience was a good one, called with our vehicle information, made an appointment. Dropped off the car and we had 4 new tires installed. We received a text telling us the car was done. Picked it up. No problems at all. Very happy with our purchase

My tire started coming apart on the highway, so I made the 1st exit and immediately noticed Thomss Tire and Auto. Super friendly staff and they took me right in. Thought the tire prices were a bit high, but they were taking care of me and getting me back on the road, so many thanks to them for that. Was hoping for a price break to put 4 new ones on, but they only had 2 in stock. Thanks again for getting me back on the road in a hurry.
