Every part of my order was wrong, and the cashier was super rude about it. They have signs up saying they hire as young as 14, not sure if there’s a connection there.

I order a large fry, that's it, nothing else. Waited 20 min in a reserved parking spot. McDonald's service and quality has declined drastically since the turn of the millennium. I will never get McDonald's again.

Issues happen, we were missing an item when we got our order, then our Big Macs were cold. I give Jada five stars for correcting the problem. With a sincere apology and a smile she displayed customer service skills second to none. Thank you so much for your polite attitude.

Worst location around! The 10 piece McNuggets are a full dollar more than other locations and they charge your for sauce it doesn’t come with the meal anymore! All this nickling and diming sent me straight to Culver’s! The service here is usually lacking anyways and they close hours early with no warning all the time. They’ll take your order but when you arrive, absolutely nothing! Do yourself a favor and drive the extra few miles to Schererville or Crown Point if you want McDonald’s! Saint John is a rip off who doesn’t care about their customers!
