It was a nice venue with great views outside the space we were in. It was spacious and there was a lot of room for people to mingle in there. The main issue I had was that the AC wasn't working so the room felt really hot most of the time until someone opened the window but outside of that, it was a nice spot to be at.

The booking officers are terrible. I just called to reserve a space. The people in the office are not patient. The woman was very, very rude when assisting me. She forwarded the call to me at the same time that I was talking to her.

Sunday you can park anywhere. But everybody knows that, therefore good luck to find a space.

No, this is not the Empire State building. That would be a few blocks away.
No, if you want a "soundproof" room anywhere in NYC you need to rent a recording studio. But the rooms are fairly sound resistant here. Any rehearsal studio is going to be noisy
You would have to ask front desk but I would like to think someone with a wheelchair could be able to go there
