New to vape. Trying to quit cigarettes. Walked-in & Jackson was welcoming, informative, and enjoyed our brief conversation. He answered all my questions, helped me find my 1st vape to try. No pressure sales, nor up-sale tactics. Straight answers to each question I asked. Based on service, nice, clean environment inside, information provided,...I'll be returning.

Luis has been extremely helpful every time I've come in. I won't go anywhere else for my vaping needs. He took the time to show me how to setup my new tank and tips on putting the cotton on correctly. It was quite different from my old tank. They also price match if anyone has lower prices so why go anywhere else? Edit: my last visit there I tried to get my price match and was lied to. I was told that the price I claimed from vape 219 was not what vape 219 was not selling it for. The associated at cotton and coils told me he was just in vape 219 and they had raised there prices. Lies. They never changed there prices. Louis also does not work there anymore and he was the only employee there that was personable and honored the sign out front about price matching. I will not be shopping at cotton and coils anymore.

Honestly, it looks like a shack from the outside, but it's really nice inside. The service was fantastic. Nice people. I needed a coil and the service was very quick. They seem educated and that's great!

Louie was awesome ! I had a great experience during my first visit at Cotton & Coils. He was very knowledgeable about everything that they sold in the store. He actually educated me on some things I didn’t know as far as liquids, batteries, and the different Ohm levels for coils. I would highly recommend this store to anyone that is into vaping or looking to pick up some high quality CBD oil ! I’m definitely going back there soon to get more products.
