My fiance came home after just spending $50 for bubbly nails; so not filed properly. She was not happy with the service provided and especially for the price. She was not the only person who found the quality of work a bit upsetting. The man was on the phone talking with a heightened voice and the girl came up to try to speak with him and talk to the customer and he twisted his body and elbowed toward hers.. Definitly not a good man here, but the women was trying to do what is best for their business. Every business goes threw learning opportunities.. Something that will set You & Me Spa Nails Inc apart is if the man there seeks to understand the lesson in what the woman is trying to teach him. Customer service goes a long way.. Make different choices and you have the opportunity to succeed.

My experience was horrible. As I was sitting there waiting for someone to take me the owner was yelling at a customer on the phone and the other Nail Tech went to go grab the phone and the other Nail Tech ripped the phone out of the other nail techs hand, for a second I thought I was at a wrestling match. The Vibes after that were not good I wanted to leave at that point while I was soaking my nails, and I should have. Then I went to go get a polish change on my toes and I asked the lady to cut the nail away from my skin and the other lady proceeded to tell her that she didn't have to do it if she didn't want to even though I'm paying for the service the lady continued to tell me that it wasn't going to look good. Overall the Polish job was horrible and I definitely will never be back again. I should have left before the wrestling match started.

SO TALENTED! The workers are so nice and do a really good job. They take their time and make sure everything is perfect. I will be going here from now on.

Nails were messy and jewels weren't centered...if you're going to come here make sure it's for simple sets because you won't get EXACTLY what you ask for. gentle until it comes to filing and shaping otherwise nice color and good service but overall not too satisfied but i know better for the future.
