The Boynton Store is the worst Floor & Decor. Whoever is running this store should be fired. I have spent over $20,000 in tile and supplies over the last couple months and they just don’t care. First pickup appointment I had to wait for 2 hours. I am now currently waiting waiting for another 2 hours. No idea why they schedule appointments because they just do them in whatever order fits their needs but they seem to be 1 to 2 loads per hour. Everyone just standing around. If I have the audacity to ask for an update, I get a HUGE attitude in return. They are the best prices so you are stuck but just get it delivered. It’s cheaper than wasting your entire day waiting on their horrible service.

First time ordering from this store and they delivered half of the order. 4 different products. 1 product was deleted off the order without telling me because they said they didn’t carry it. I took a photo of it from their floor before placing the order IN THE STORE. They acted like they make these changes all the time and it was no big deal to “delete” products. You don’t just delete product and not inform the customer. First off, where is your sales team when this is being done? Call the customer and find a product that fits! They tried to make it right by delivering the pallet of 80lb mortar (missed from the delivery order) by having independent drivers deliver. They split the load and 1 guy plopped 22 - 80lb bags, one at a time in my driveway. No pallet or anything under it and no protection. I am a 60 year old woman who then at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon had to load each bag on a wagon and fashion a plywood ramp to get it in the house before the weather got to it. The second load came 4 hours later. The order also had 45 boxes of 2x4 tile. 41 were delivered along with 4 - 2x4 tiles (not even the same color as mine) from another order with their order sheet and customer name. When I called to get the 4 missed boxes, I was told they didn’t have that tile and I should go to Riviera beach store. Went there and waited for 1.5 hours to get them to refund and then rebuy the tile. What a circus. I don’t like writing bad reviews but it was one issue after another. They did refund the delivery charge for the missed product but all this was very time consuming and frustrating. Not again.

Cassius was very helpful! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted immediately and he helped to choose the perfect tile for my home. When the tile I wanted wasn’t in stock, he helped me to find it at a different store. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. I will definitely be back to do more business with this company!

I saw someone with a big Golden Doodle there yesterday so it seems okay, as long as it's a well behaved dog. To me the store is short staffed so one dog is the least of their concerns.
