It's fine popcorn, but if you are in Chicago, get the good stuff from Garrett's. I was really disappointed in an interaction I saw this last time traveling through Midway. The gentlemen in front of me had purchased multiple items and after checking out asked the clerk for a bag. She let out a very audible "I'm annoyed" sigh, angrily pulled a bag from under the counter, and slammed it down on top of the customer's purchases. He stood there for a few seconds bewildered by what just happened and I think expecting the clerk to bag his purchase (rightfully so), but nothing happened. The clerk rudely asked, "What else do you want?" The gentlemen calmly grabbed his purchases and walked away. It was terrible customer service and he handled it much better than I would have.

I got here at 7:54. The lady said she needed to use the bathroom. I said fine . I waited at the gate until she came back 7:59. She would not ring me up for my purchase. She asked me do I work and I said yes. She had no one to relieve her which was fine and why I told her I would wait. Her point was she didn’t have a break to pee. I tan down here from another terminal. I really wanted Garrets but they were closed . Never will I ever eat or encourage others to eat here. I’m from the Washington , DC metropolitan area and it’s ridiculous that she did that. We have Garrett’s in our mall and I will give them my money. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Great Chicago popcorn right between A and B terminals. We stopped in on our way to use the Freedom Boat Clubs in Florida. We tried the cheese and caramel combination and it was fantastic!! If you’re looking for an authentic Chicago treat, head on over!

I was highly disappointed with popcorn purchase at Midway Airport earlier today. I always purchase their popcorn when I visit and when I got home popcorn tasted gooie not fresh at all. I spent almost 30.00 too because I usually love their popcorn. This was not a good experience this time. So I reached out to them and they mailed me fresh popcorn through FedEx. Great customer service and this popcorn I just got was fresh and I will continue to support them. Thanks again for better experience second time around.

Yes it's inside the terminal. Can't just walk in and buy.
Chicago is not a happy city. All experience there comes at great cost - if not to you, then to the mortgagee.
