Love love love this Credit Union. I've been a member since 1998 and they have always treated me like a person, not a number. Professional, yet kind and curtious. I live in another State now but this it still my primary banking institution!

Always frustrated by them closing early! Today at 4:56 I got a message "Our office is now closed." This has also happened to me when I have gone there in person. They lock up and close before 5:00 pm and that is very bad for someone who has rushed there and arrives before 5;00 pm.

What moral criteria govern your investments? Specifically do you invest in fossil fuel related companies? In any of the Military Industrial Complex companies? Do you give priority for low income housing development? How better than Umpqua?
