This place is like no other gym I have been to before. Everyone that works out here is truly working to better themselves and seem happy doing it. Jesse, Lindsay, and Ryan are all great at not only getting the best out of you and working you hard but making you feel good doing it. It has been such a confidence booster for me. I wouldn't want to work out anywhere else!

Does this gym have treadmills? I see that you have rowing machines and that is awesome, I am also looking to see if you have treadmills for when the winter comes

We do have a treadmill, rowers, ski ergs, assault bikes, spin bikes and a revolving laddermill

There are several strength and conditioning classes each week but the services are for club members. There is no walk in service. For more info on club membership contact the owners through the site email
