Where to start, their machine won't take my card I have to try 5 times swiping and chipping and back and forth till it finally accepts, then the girls says oh it doesn't like some cards, what the heck...they run out of cigs every week, you'd think they would order more to match their weekly sales, almost always out of Snapple... The staff is like super freaking slow, I get they are young but good lord light a fire up their behind or something...If your in a hurry and want a Snapple and a smoke lol keep moving...2 stars because at least the gas pump always works well...

Having stopped going to this store because of poor customer service and lackbof quality food, I thought I would give them an opportunity to redeem themselves since they were on the way home, why drive to the moonlight store... wrong choice! What was supposed to take 20 mins to pick up a pizza took an hour... they hadn't even started it when we arrived to pick it up. Why you ask, because they had a huge order come in 30 seconds before mine!!! 1 pizza makes no difference in time on a huge order but a huge order makes a big difference on 1 pizza. Makes zero sense to me.... I understand the personnel issues we are having and I am very patient but this is just poor time management. I could have had one delivered from the other store in less time.

I ordered 2 medium pizzas online, and only the cheese pizza was correct. The app somehow put no lettuce and no tomatoes on our taco pizza. My online order shows no such instructions
