The duffels these folks make are exceptional, and their service is as well. I've ordered 4 highly customized duffel bags from them, they all come exactly as ordered, and quickly. Initially, I ordered a child size director's chair, and unfortunately they weren't able to get their vendor to supply the wooden frame. They gave me a refund, and offered me a discount coupon. I ordered my first duffel from them, and put on all the extras to make up for their time. The bag was so nice, like the nicest canvas duffel I could believe existed. My daughter loves it. Recently I ordered bags for myself and my wife as well. They actually called me because they felt like the type face for my monogram was not going to work well with my initials, based on their experience, and they wanted me to be happy. Glad they called, and glad I found this company. You won't regret anything you buy from them.

I absolutely love this place. The employees are genuinely enthusiastic about their craft, and they work hard to create wonderful canvas bags, totes, and all sorts of useful objects. I have a laundry bag that I've used for almost a decade and it's rough-and-tumble almost like new. Mrs. Stearns is the best!
