I needed a notary due to a death in the family, I thought it would take a week or so before I could be seen with the limited COVID19 hours and availability. Nancy was able to fit me in on the same day, she even took the extra step of scanning and sending the paperwork in for me. The customer service was wonderful and now we can finally have some more closure. Thank You Nancy. Even with tough times for us all, she went the extra mile for me.

This branch sucks, there customer service is horrible. Went in 15 min before closing to send a wire transfer to buy my first house which should be exciting, they told me no and I had to wait 2 days. Going to take my money and business somewhere else from now on

If its their check and their account, you should be able to deposit it at the atm with no problem. You may be able to do it inside but i wouldnt chance it. Now if its their check but you're trying to deposit it in to your account cuz they owe you money or maybe they dont have an account and cant cash it themselves, the bank might do it. Different banks have different policy's when it comes to that.
