Took way longer than the “2 minute curbside delivery or you get a free pizza” time limit. Literally took them 15 minutes but yet stopped the timer 10 seconds after I put I’m here. Lol what a joke. They make it to where you wait however long and not get a free pizza. They claimed they don’t control the timers. Don’t recommend this dominos.

I live in Perris and there's a Domino's here in the city and I prefer to travel a little farther simply because the quality and accuracy of my orders has always been superb. Well worth the extra travel.

Pizza is great, but customer service is deplorable. I once ordered a pizza and it was taking an excessive amount of time. I tried calling to cancel, but no one answered. I continued call, 15 times over the course of 2 hours logging a total of 40 minutes worth or ringing and no one ever answered. Went in today and the phone was ringing, no one answering. I told the guy "you know that's really frustrating when you're trying to call and no one answers" he just said "yeah" and still didn't answer. After he helped me he went back to doing what he was doing before and still didn't answer the phone. Another time I tried to do their curb side pick up and no one came out to bring us the pizza. Tried calling, texting, called corporate, etc. After 15 minutes it was clear no one was going to bring out the pizza.

We ordered two large pizza with three toppings today, ham and double pineapple. But when we opened the box we didn't get enough pineaaple on the pizza even though we said double pineapple on the order. If I am not going to work tonight I will bring the pizza back and have them do it right.
