Gigi is the best employee at this spot in Sun City. She was able to "LISTEN" to my concerns and made it easy to get new accounts setup and kept me calm. I agree with recent review of customer no-service by this branch. I contacted corporate and seemed to get help and reassurance. Was told branch manager would call. No call by anyone. Problem not resolved. Am closing account soonest. Please rest assured this was not only issue with this branch.Thank you for your detailed review.
