I was told the drive through was out of service through the intercom while at the drive through. No sign posted before or at the intercom. Walked in, a misspelled sign in poor penmanship said the debit/credit card machine was out of service. The fountaning drink machine also had a sign that it was out of service. Kitchen door propped open in the rear with rats roaming around. Woman who I assume was the manager was standing in the back talking it up while everyone else worked. Gets a 2nd star because the other employees were doing their jobs and it's still a Popeyes so food is fine. Restaurant was the worst I've been to though for the above reasons.

Where do I even begin. I order a 12 piece family meal, this is what they gave me, 5 wings I leg I thigh 2 breast. Doesn't even total 12 pieces. 4 people in my family, they gave 3 small mashed potatoes and three small Cole slaw, the forth person, (myself) didn't have any so my kids could. Last but not least, no biscuits, not a single one. Use this info however you see fit. I will never eat Popeyes again. From anywhere they got me so turned off.

Idk why we keep giving this location a try when every single time we’ve ordered, there are multiple issues. The main issue we run into each & every time here is that the tenders are nothing but dry, inedible breading. I’ve told them that I don’t mind waiting for a fresh batch if need be & they always say “we have a fresh batch ready.” I’ve spoken to managers a handful of times because I’d rather not waste my time writing online reviews especially if the problem can just be corrected. I’ve shown them the unacceptable food we received and not once has anyone compensated us for the $50-70 worth of food we received that was practically inedible. The bone-in chicken is never cooked properly at this location & you can tell just from the photos alone. Like I said, the tenders & nuggets are garbage just at this location, in my experience. & the only EDIBLE food would be the sides although we always get large sides & they are less than halfway full each and every time as well as ice cold so while I’d like to have something positive to say, I can’t think of a single thing. We have a large family & our orders are large & very expensive & for $40 worth of nuggets & tenders, they typically give us 2-3 sauces like it’s some kind of joke. If they forget altogether, that’s bad but an entirely different issue. If we are owed 12 of the SAME sauce, I can’t understand why we only get two & we’re left with all these dry nuggets and tenders. It’s honestly disgusting & I’m sure it won’t make a difference in their lack of professionalism & dignity, but this last time we ordered was too terrible to not warn anyone about.

I agree, if I want popeyes this is the only place within walking distance I can go to. I once placed an order with additional sides. They forgot my sides and said I had to pay more on top of what I just ordered, Even after I ordered EXTRA SIDES. My next dine in will be more different, I'll be more clear with my order and if they mess up ima have to give them a peace of my mind.
Very fast and very good. So fast there is still feathers on some of the pieces of chicken.
